Les is a certified Church Revitalization Consultant with a progressive history of revitalizing church operations and continually improving processes. He has a comprehensive knowledge of organizational leadership, project management, operations, training, physical security, business development, communications, fiscal management, marketing, and logistics.

Les began working in ministry in 1999 and has held several positions, such as youth pastor, discipleship pastor, and associate pastor, and holds degrees from Schreiner University and Baylor University. He is currently pursuing a D.Ed.Min. in Church Revitalization at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
